ELECTRICAL REFRIGERATION
- Periodically cleaning of air-conditioners (Including outdoor and indoor units), performs 3 months/time. The time may change based on each customer’s usage frequency for the air-conditioner.
- Periodically checking of air-conditioners (Including outdoor and indoor units). Checking fan noise, gas pressure, the fan’s capacitor, the machine's energy-saving status, and greasing the fan, etc.
- Repairing for all types of refrigeration systems, such as wall-mounted air-conditioners, floor standing air-conditioners, cassette, VRV, VRF, DVMS, and ventilation air-conditioners, when the air-conditioner is damaged on all levels.
- Maintaining – Repairing of fridges and freezers.
ELV and ELECTRICAL CABINET
- Repairing and replacing the light system such as LED, ceiling lights, headlights, night lights, etc.
- Repairing and replacing the components of MSB, DB, ATS, and UPS cabinets.
- Troubleshooting the problems as electricity leakage, short circuit.
- Repairing small-capacity refrigeration equipment such as mini fridge, water heater, electromagnetic door, television, etc.
- Checking and controlling electrical energy fluctuations of the system.
WATER PIPE
- Repairing and Replacing lavabo, floor-drain, faucets, etc.
- Anti-odor construction for floor-drain and toilets.
- Rinsing the pipe.
- Replacing the pipe was damaged by water leakage.
- Checking and controlling the fluctuation of water usage status.
BASIC CONSTRUCTION
- Painting wall: patching the dirty or peel walls.
- Bricklaying: new bricklaying by broken or damaged in the process of use.
- Gypsum: repairing and handling the gypsum ceiling.
- Waterproofing: If wall penetration occurs while performing maintenance, EAMGROUP conducts corrective measures. A separate maintenance plan will be carried out for this item by EAMGROUP if the wall seepage is massive and the volume is high.
- Grout glue: Periodically grouting, performing 6 months/time in order to beautify the brick and waterproof for rooms, yards and walls.
GENERATOR
- Checking and maintaining periodically is 1 month/time.
- Replacing oil, air filter according to the number of hours of use.
- Changing oil and adding coolant.
- Checking the batteries and voltages related to the power source.
- Realistic running and simulating the power failure.
PUMP SYSTEM
- Checking and maintaining periodically every 6 months.
- Checking automatic and manual mode of the pump.
- Checking the input and output pressure.
- Repairing the pump system when occurring the damages.
WASTEWATER TREATMENT
- Checking wastewater treatment once a month.
- Sampling wastewater periodically every 2 months.
- Checking the level of wastewater treatment monthly.
- Repairing the system when the failure occurs.
- Measuring to add reasonable wastewater treatment components, which was conducted weekly.
FIRE PREVENTION AND FIGHTING
- Checking the electrical cabinets periodically every 3 months.
- Repairing and replacing the fire and smoke detectors.
- Testing the fire alarm system every 3 months.
- Testing the fire extinguisher powder and fire extinguisher carbon dioxide.
- Check water presure on water pipe of system.
CAMERA SYSTEM
- Administering the camera system.
- Configuring and upgrading the camera system.
- Maintaining the devices periodically every 6 months.
NETWORK - IT SYSTEM
- Checking the Internet system every 1 month.
- Configuring device connection to the server (Server).
- Upgrading, installing, repairing the network cables, AP terminals, etc.
Standard time
The time that EAMGROUP maintains and repairs all the damages.
Special time
The time that outside standard time. Only handle systemic and urgent problems.
Response time
The maximum time from customer report's time via EAM7 to the TS technician at the customer location's time and carry out repairs.
Support expenses for materials monthly
EAMGROUP partially supports the expenses of buying new devices and materials when the damages occur monthly.

Support on a special day
Including a holiday, Tet is regulated by the State.
Time for family work
EAMGROUP also offers free support to customers with minor issues related to family or company technical (Shooting the bolt anchor, hanging large pictures, changing light bulbs, repairing doors....).
Note (**): On demand from the customer, EAMGROUP’s TS Technician will help the customer learn a technical skill. Helping the customer to design and produce a technical product in accordance with the customer’s idea.
Labor price incentives for items outside the contract
Depending on the package the customer chooses, EAMGROUP will support labor costs when consumers need to build a new item.
